City Perm became on March 20–22, 2020 the venue of the All-Russian Strategic Session. Session name - the development directions of the photonics as an “Cross-Cutting” technology of the Science and Technology Initiative. The event was organized by the Government of the Perm Territory, ANO Platform NTI, JSC Russian Venture Company (NTI Project Office) and the Photonics cluster led by the Perm Scientific and Production Instrument-Making Company.
