Such an arrangement completely justified itself for the previous generation of low-power LEDs. But this cooling method turned out to be clearly insufficient for modern high-power LED clusters. The article covers the control of welded joints of spacer grids and slab lattices of VVER power reactors fuel assemblies (FA).
