Optical Cables Speckle Interferometric Examination Diagnostic systems on the basis of optical fiber have several advantages over some other territory perimeter guard systems because the optical cable can be used in explosion prone environment. A sensitive element of the designed distributed diagnostic system is the fiber-optical cable that responds to motion, vibration and deformation along its whole length. The system’s principle is based on optical cables speckle examination method.

A short story of Russian-China relations from that event to current symposium “Laser physics and laser technologies” at Tomsk and seminar “Laser processes physics and applications” at Ryazan is given.

Electrooptical and Laser Systems in Helicopter’s Current and Advanced Onboard Equipment Complexes Onboard equipment complex (OEC) is a complex set of systems, subsystems, components that are integrated in a single functional machinery. Increasing the “onboard mentality” is the most important directions for the development of advanced helicopters OECs. This article considers problems and requirements presented for optoelectronic systems that are used in helicopters OECs, such as surveillance flight, aiming, laser locator systems, digital aerial photosystems, image registration equipment.

Photon registration efficiency of these detectors in near infrared region is high and their temporal resolution is in the range of picoseconds. It is expected that they will be in demand for molecule analysis investigations, fluorescence mean life determination and quantum cryptography.
