Ion-Beam Modification of Diamond Colorimetric Features Native diamond crystal ion-beam machining by light mass ions of inert chemical element (helium) with the range of irradiation exposure 0,2 · 1016–2,0 · 1017 ions/cm2 was carried out. Depending on implantation mode diamonds color became yellow and black.
